Refund Policy  

At Eggmong, we want every family to enjoy our AI learning experience.  
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.  

To qualify for a refund:  
1. The request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.  
2. The user must not have used more than 30 minutes of AI talk time or downloaded more than 2 worksheets.  
3. Refunds are not available for renewed or second-time subscriptions.  

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.  
Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
